Free digital skills seminars for migrants living in Cyprus are being implemented by the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy.
The initiative offers basic digital training for third-country nationals who legally reside in Cyprus.
The programme, titled “FIRST STEP – Digital Life Paths for TCNs,” is implemented by Opinion and Action in collaboration with the NGO “Generation for Change.”
It is funded by the European Union through the Cyprus Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The main objective is to support the integration of migrants through practical digital skills for everyday life and employment.
